Midlands AI is the agentic commerce agency, based in Rugby. Buying decisions increasingly start in a conversation with an AI assistant: discover in AI, buy on the brand's own site. We make brands discoverable, accurate and transactable where AI agents shop, starting with Stripe ACS readiness for mid-market D2C brands, and we make your team fluent enough to own what we build. Capability you keep, not dependency you rent.

We work alongside your ecommerce function. They run the store; we make it intelligible to agents. This is not SEO, and it is not GEO.

1. **Recommended by AI** - £10,000 onboarding. Two months, fixed price, fixed scope. £5,000 on signing, £5,000 in month two. Then £1,000 per month for twelve months, starting only after the verified before and after report. Founding-cohort rate £750 per month, in exchange for a named case study.

## Who the flagship build is for
£1m to £100m annual revenue; on Stripe, or close to it; an ecommerce function in place. If you're earlier than that, the audit is still worth doing. The full build probably isn't yet, and we'll say so.
